*Terms of the referral program: To be eligible for a referral payment, you must enter into a referral agreement with Ouiby Inc. DBA Kickfurther (“KF”). KF reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, if a referral is eligible for a referral payment. No referral payments will be made for any business that has previously worked with or been contacted by KF. Any referred business must have a funded Co-Op within 120 days of being referred to be eligible for a referral payment. In the case a business is referred to KF by two parties, KF reserves the right to determine which is eligible for a referral payment, if any. This referral program may be terminated at any time, without notice, by KF in its sole discretion.
Brands must meet the following criteria to be eligible for funding
Brand must have a registered headquarters somewhere in the United States of America.
Brand must have multiple SKUs and not sell regulated goods, such as alcohol or firearms.
Brand must be making over $400,000 in trailing 12-month revenue. They can also range from $200,000 to $400,000 if they have POs from large retailers.

Fill out the form above to refer a brand. When they get approved for a Kickfurther Co-op, you'll receive $1,000 cash. It's as simple as that!
Kickfurther works with US-based CPG brands selling physical products with at least $200,000 in trailing 12-month revenue. Common categories include food & beverage, health & beauty, apparel, home goods, and more. Kickfurther cannot fund brands that sell regulated goods such as alcohol or firearms.
Rewards are paid out only when a referred brand launches their first Co-op and receives funding. If they don't move forward, no payout is issued for that referral—but you're always welcome to refer again.
If your referred brand funds a Co-Op within 120 days of the referral, your cash payout is issued within 30 days of your referred brand's Co-Op being funded and Kickfurther approving the referral.
